when we were searching for a wedding photographer, i fell in love with the romantic way that mike captures light in his photographs. when i excitedly showed his portfolio to my (now) husband - he agreed - the guy has got talent! he was seriously impressed that mike shoots on film; proof that he’s a talented photographer, not just a talented editor. neither my husband nor i particularly enjoy having our picture taken, or the way we look in pictures, so we wanted to choose someone we believed could truly capture the spirit of our day. michael was the perfect photographer for our wedding. we had a small wedding at a hotel in los angeles, and we were a little apprehensive about booking a photographer because it was such a small and intimate ceremony, but we are so glad we did! from the start, michael was a professional and so easy to work with, straight forward and flexible. on the day of the wedding, he blended right in with us and our guests, and his presence never felt out of place. he took the most beautiful photographs of us, and even though it was an unconventional location for a wedding, he handled it with such skill and expertise.
